Finally, my 3D printer has arrived: Preparing for a messy but fun printing experience

Yay, after waiting for a bit over a month, my 3D printer has arrived. Lost in the delivery process, so after all my complaining, Anycubic ended up sending out another unit in replacement.

Before getting messy, these are the items I got in preparation for safety and keeping things tidy.

Before diving into the messy world of 3D printing, I made sure to prepare myself with some safety and cleaning supplies. Here's what I got for the studio setup:

Methylated Spirits (replacement for isopropyl alcohol) - Clean resin Mask - Resin fume is not good for your health, avoid inhaling.

Gloves - Protect your hands at all cost.

Safety Glasses - In case of resin or chemical splatter.

Disposable Bag - Rubbish goes in there.

Glass Spay & Wipe - Easy clean for vat and surface.

For the vat for cleaning and protection.

Pegs - Temporary hold lose wipes.

Funnel - Pour left over resin from the vat after printing into bottle.

Paint Drop Sheet - To protect my floor and surrounding items.

Empty Cylinder Containers - To contain resin or Isopropyl alcohol (IPA). Domestic Wipes - Wipe down any spills.

Sandpaper - Sand of printer plate from resin residue when dried.

Super Glue - Attach printed model parts together.
